1. Each invitation grants entry to one person only and must be presented upon entry.
2. Gates will close at 8:00 PM.
3. Re-entry is strictly prohibited after exiting the venue.
4. The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or eject any individual from the event at their discretion, including for reasons not limited to security risks or behavioral issues.
5. Attendees are required to conduct themselves respectfully and avoid any behavior that could disturb the event or other participants.
6. No disrespectful, offensive, or hate-inciting clothing or messages are allowed. Attendees wearing such may be denied entry or removed from the venue.
7. Any outside tobacco, food, beverages, alcohol, drugs, toxins, weapons, and other harmful or disruptive items are not permitted.
8. Security personnel may conduct searches on attendees at any point to ensure safety and compliance with event rules.
9. The venue is monitored by CCTV and video recording may occur by a film team. Attendance at the event constitutes consent to be filmed.
10. The organizers or venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property of attendees.
11. The organizers or venue are not responsible for any medical or personal injuries/liabilities.
12. Only official event photographers are permitted to use professional cameras. Attendees may use personal mobile phones for photography without flash.
